Submission guidelines

• Papers should be submitted as a MS Word file (.doc or .docx).
• Conclusion on the possibility for public release is required.
• It is not permitted for an author to publish more than three articles in one issue.

The Conference Proceedings will be published paper by paper in the eLIBRARY.RU Scientific Electronic Library with indexation in the RSCI. Participation in the conference is free.

Requirements on the paper design for the Conference Proceedings:

Total paper length: from 5,000 to 8,000 characters with spaces. Maximum plagiarism percentage allowed is 25%.
